Becoming a Therapist has been a journey of discovering what it means to honor and accept that is truly inside of myself, to provide loving presence, to step into vulnerability, to practice compassion for the self and other, and to listen to not only what is spoken, but what can often be unsaid or unspeakable. I am most passionate about assisting my clients to find their voice, and to hold a space in which they can safely explore, understand, express, nurture, and heal.

Hello, I’m Molly

(she/her)

Professional Counselor Associate

Counseling for me is all about having a safe relationship in which you can examine and express your inner truth, and show up exactly as you are. I strive to help you feel seen and heard, and will meet you with compassion wherever you are in your emotions in the moment.

I am calm, intuitive, and gentle, yet clear and decisive when working with my clients. It is in my nature to be playful and humorous, but I am also grounded, respectful, and focused in my approach. It is important for me to remain curious, open, and engaged, while being with you in a way that is authentic and unique to you and your individual needs.

Counseling is an opportunity to invest in yourself, and take care of your mental health and sense of overall wellbeing. I welcome you into a safe and enriching therapy space, to help you unfold and nurture your unique strengths and inner wisdom, guiding you towards experiencing more freedom, kindness, fulfilment and peace within yourself.
